Our warehouses are equipped with physically and electronically segregated areas for the management of returns.

Through our qualified and authorized transporters, we collect the pharmaceutical products to be returned from pharmacies and distributors.

Returns are managed in such a way as to guarantee a possible re-entry into the market, following the approval of the Person in charge of Euromed Pharma Services or the Quality Department of our customers.

To support each return, Euromed Pharma Services guarantees the retrieval of the temperature traces and the letters of good conservation necessary in order to carry out an evaluation of the return.
